Vero Alvarez, founder of Floreciendo With Purpose.

I’m a speaker, coach, and consultant who believes in the power of people, the potential of organizations, and the importance of creating workplaces and communities where everyone can flourish.

My journey was shaped by my experiences as a first-generation student, neuro-differences yet to be diagnosed, living within two worlds, and a deep curiosity about people, systems, and what helps them grow.

A Call to Do More

I saw firsthand how inclusive leadership, supportive workplaces, and intentional systems can change lives, and when they fall short due to misalignment in mission/values and workforce abilities and passions.

Floreciendo with Purpose

I founded Floreciendo with Purpose to help individuals and organizations create more inclusive, people-centered environments where everyone can reach their full potential through alignment in purpose, job satisfaction, and unique skill sets nurtured.
