I started Floreciendo with Purpose because I have seen what is possible when people feel seen, supported, and empowered to contribute their unique strengths. I have also seen the lost talent, potential, and the trickle-down effect to others and the organization in opposite circumstances.
With more than 14 years of experience in people strategy, HR, organizational leadership, and a deep commitment to inclusion and belonging, I have had the privilege of working with individuals and organizations at many stages of growth and change.
